MyoPlus Pro disconnects after 5 min
We are aware of a problem with the MyoPlus Pro using versions 1.6.64 or older causing the device will automatically power-off in the home screen after 5 minutes of inactivity (to allow batteries to last longer).
To leave your MyoPlus Pro connected to PC Software or Screen Mirror, do not leave your MyoPlus Pro device in the home screen, starting any programme instead. For EMG only, go to:
Home -> EMG -> Open Display. In this screen the unit does turn off automatically.
In future software versions for the MyoPlus Pro, this issue will be resolved so that as long as the wireless connection is active, your device will not automatically power-off in any screen.
