Issues with graphs
Our Software uses DirectX libraries for graphical hardware acceleration as a main stream of graph visualization on Windows Platforms. Sometimes, especially on older computers, this doesn't work optimally and leads to a variety of issues. For example, your computer may slow down, the graph may disappear from the screen or the graph scrolling may become chunky. An adjustment as below can help, however if you don't experience such problems it is better to use the default Hardware-accelerated display (Direct X). Problems with DirectX may also appear unexpectedly after a Windows Update or a DirectX auto-update.
Adjusting the way the Graph is drawn
In the Software, using the top menu, please press Setup->Programme Setup->Graph Setup. By default, the selected option for Graph display "Hardware". Because hardware refers to the non-functioning DirectX, this could be the cause of the problems. Please try using "Software (high)" graph display for computers/laptops with high performance and "Software (low)" graph display for computers/laptops with low performance.
